Responsibilities: 
  • Utilize social media marketing tools to establish and maintain the company’s brand presence
  • Work closely with Brand Director and Content Coordinator to proactively ideate, create, edit, and implement social media campaigns to align with communication and marketing initiatives, across multiple channels
  • Research current benchmark trends, sounds and potential content partners; informing the Brand Director of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities and explore repost-able content
  • Set and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, measuring performance against targets for shares or likes
  • Weekly analysis of the company’s social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses and making improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with Brand Director and Content Coordinator to ideate, create, edit and implement multi-channel social media campaigns aligned with communication and marketing initiatives, maximizing ROI
  • Collaborate with the team to create a strategy for La Ligne’s TiKTok launch and ongoing presence
  • Create and manage a focused social media content calendar emphasizing key brand moments
  • Attend weekly team meetings (content, reporting, weekend scheduling)
  • Monitor customer comments/posts, respond promptly, engage with the Instagram community, and communicate needs to the Brand Director
  • Direct inquiries as needed (customer service, PR, seeding, etc.) 
  • Create Bi-annual strategy report
  • Responsible for the strategy and operation of performance driven campaigns on social media
  • Manage the strategy and operation of performance-driven social media campaigns
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of La Ligne’s existing social channels (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Support influencer marketing with comprehensive social reporting and metrics, and identify potential partnerships and gifting opportunities with key influencers 
  • Support retail and event activations through social media efforts covering strategy to execution 
  • Perform other adhoc duties as needed or assigned by Brand Director and Chief Brand Officer
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years spearheading social media growth for a fashion or CPG brand (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.) 
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Direct experience using social media management tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Creative copywriting experience, with a knack for embodying a brand’s voice and tone
  • Experience with performance driven campaigns on one or several communication channels
  • Excellent photography skills, camera and smartphone capable
  • Portfolio of work ready to share a plus
  • Experience launching social initiatives (e.g. calendaring content, working with various tools for giveaways, image creation, etc.);
  • Expert on social and community platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok)
  • Exceptional at working within a team setting as well as on one’s own; must be self driven
  • Experienced at multitasking while still creating an excellent end product.

Salary: 85-110k commensurate with experience and qualifications
